A free return label will be provided. Customers can download and print the label.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review and assist you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation is not guaranteed.
